Summer Truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) thinly slices in sunfloweroil with a delicate aroma, and a ligth flavour enriched with the typical Tuscan spicy notes. Good as a sauce for pasta or a dressing for red and white meat.

Truffle Salt
Content 40 g
Table or cooking sea salt with dried Summer Truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.). This is an ideal condiment to season pasta, risotto, meat, carpaccio, grilled fish, eggs, salad, potatoes and vegetables.

Exclusive Creamy Artichoke Concentrate with Summer Truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) with an intriguing flavour and a pleasant aroma.
Excellent with every type of pasta but also to use it as a garnish for red or white meat.

Butter and Summer Truffle Specialty
Content 75 g
Anhydrous Butter with a delicate aroma and a pleasant flavour, enriched with White Truffle (Tuber magnatum pico) flakes. Good to use as crostino topping or as a sauce for pasta. It is also excellent to stir risotto.


Artichoke cream with truffle: Artichokes, sunflower oil, summer truffle (Tuber aestivum vitt.) 3% , salt, herbs, natural flavouring, acidifier: citric acid, flavouring. Artichkes used 90 g per 100 g of finished product.
Butter and Summer Truffle Specialty: Butter 95%, bianchetto truffle (Tuber borchii vitt.) 3%, white truffle (Tuber magnatum Pico) 2%, flavouring.
Truffle salt:Coarse table salt, dried summer truffle (Tuber aestivum vitt.) 2% (corresponding to 8% of fresh truffle), flavouring
Summer truffle carpaccio: Summer Truffle (Tuber aestivum vitt.) 60%, sunflower oil, salt , flavouring.
