Excellent for dressing pasta such as spaghetti or linguine, rice, gnocchi or as a filling for baked turkey or chicken, or simply accompanied with egg. Perfect as a crostino topping for appetizers.

Porcini Mushroom and White Truffle delicacy

Exclusive creamy Porcini mushrooms and White Truffle (Tuber magnatum Pico) concentrate with a delicate flavour and a pleasant aroma. It is recommended to add some butter or extarvirgin olive oil and use it as a sauce for Linguini and pasta. Good to taste as a crostino topping.
